Torstensson skriver brev till Reding om funktionell separation

EU-kommissionär Viviane Reding får stöd av Sveriges infrastrukturminister Åsa Torstensson i EU:s arbete kring funktionell separation. Det framgår av ett brev som Åsa Torstensson har skickat till Viviane Reding.

"In part, some of that debate coul only take place when the tool is available to the regulators, with the knowledge of the market conditions at that time. Therefore I encourage you and your colleagues in the Commission to continue your work on functional separation as a new tool to improve competition and consumer choice in Europé. I offer to take part in the debate and bring our experience to the table when negotiating new proposals from the Commission.", skriver Åsa Torstensson i brevet.
