Nordisk Mobiltelefon begärs i konkurs
Det gick inte att rädda Nordisk Mobiltelefon genom en rekonstruktion. Bolaget kommer nu att begäras i konkurs. Det meddelas i ett pressmeddelande i dag.
Så här skriver Nordisk Mobiltelefon:
The formal reconstruction of the Norwegian operating company, Nordisk Mobiltelefon Norge AS, did not succeed. The Board of Directors of the company has therefore filed for bankruptcy today.
As a direct result of the fact that a reconstruction of the group has failed, also the Board of Directors of the parent company, Nordisk Mobiltelefon AB (publ), has resolved to file for bankruptcy. Formal filing will take place within a few days.
The financial situation of the other companies in the group is being evaluated by respective Board of Directors.
